USING TEMPORARY BRIDGES  -1-

I marked a line with TIP EX on the equator of the lamp

The seam UNDER this line I left empty,  when soldering the lamp. The shade is still on the mold now.

(Leaving a seam open requires absolutely concentration, NOWHERE should be a drop of Tin!)

I made that bridges by removing the plastic from some large electrical connectors you see here. (Black)

The (soft) copper wire I bended  myself.

There are 2 screws in this connector, one is for fixing the copper wire, one is for the stop.

I bend the copper according to the surface of the lamp.

Than I selected an area of the lamp, where I could solder both ends of the bridge to seams,

which have some distance to my solderfree seam. Verv important is to place the lower ends of the bridges in

parallel position (all upright). That solves from trouble when all bridges "disconnect" during  the lamp  will be

removed from the mold, and makes it easy to "reconnect" later.
